All our blinds and curtains are made to order based on your specific measurements, fabric selections, and design preferences. Because these items are custom-manufactured for your unique requirements, they cannot be resold to other customers.
If you receive a product with manufacturing defects or errors on our part, we will:
Please contact us within 7 days of delivery to report any defects.
If we made an error in measurement or installation that results in a product that does not fit properly, we will correct the issue at no charge to you.
If you provided your own measurements and the product does not fit due to incorrect measurements on your part, we may offer to remake the item at a reduced cost. This will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.

All custom window treatments come with a one-year warranty covering:
Warranty does not cover damage from misuse, accidents, or normal wear and tear.

If a return is approved due to our error, we will provide a prepaid shipping label. For returns initiated for other reasons, shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
